Chapter 246
Irene spoke gently, "Do you want to help her?"
"Of course!" Yoselin nodded enthusiastically. No one was more eager to help Yasmine than she was.
Irene chuckled softly, "The reason those people's clarifications haven't worked is because they have less
influence than Yasmine, and they haven't truly been treated by her. If someone credible, who can't be bought off,
and someone who's been treated by her speaks out, it would likely be much more effective
Yoselin had a sudden realization, "Isn't that me? | can step up and clarify for Yasmine!"
Irene nodded in agreement, "You should give it a try."
Yoselin decided to act immediately. She borrowed Irene's computer and typed out a lengthy post on social media,
hitting the send button. To make it more convincing, she even recorded a video.
Yoselin said, "Hello, everyone, my nis Yoselin. You probably don't knowby nalone, but I'm Yonas's
Yoselin. Yasmine, my therapist, has been helpingthrough a serious mental illness. My brother tried finding
many doctors for me, but nothing worked until Yasmine appeared. There's something about her that makes
people want to get close and trust her..."
Yoselin continued. "I've had several episodes, and each tYasmine was the one who treated me, risking harm
to herself. No one understands the meaning of life better than she does. If you could put yourself in the shoes of
a complete stranger and objectively review the security footage and the documents in the consulting room,
you'd realize that Yasmine has always been trying to pull her back from the brink of death."
In the video, Yoselin talked at length to prove that Yasmine is trustworthy and would never harm anyone.
Irene gently pressed the end button. "Are you done recording? Send it out, and I'll help you boost the attention it
gets."
"Alright." Yoselin gave Irene a grateful look. She couldn't believe Irene would actually help Yasmine, but
regardless, Irene's actions were helpful.
Yoselin's statement reignited the entire incident. The Russell family was already the most influential force in

of what Yoselin said was believed. However, another part....
[They say that this Yasmine and Mr. Russell have an ambiguous relationship. The two are rumored to be a couple.
At first, it seemed like the Russell family was staying out of it, but now, here they are.]
[I used to only half believe it, but now I'm all in.]
[An Aurelith University student revealed that Yoselin's psychological issues are quite seve and they've r cured. It

Yoselin's attempt to clear things up backfired. Seeing the online discussions, she started to panic. Sh

Yoselin's face turned pale, afraid to type another word. It wasn't long before she got a call from her brother.
"What's the deal with this clarification?" his voice was a bit cold.
Yoselin quickly explained, "I just wanted to say something nice about Yasmine since she helped treat me."
"Don't respond to anything else. I'll handle things from here," Yonas's voice was extremely cold.
After hanging up, Yoselin realized she might have really messed up. She scrolled to Yasmine's number but
couldn't bring herself to call. After thinking for a long time, she dialed Irene. "Irene, what is even going on? Can
you please take down the heat? | don't want Yasmine to face more criticism," Yoselin said, feeling aggrieved.

The voice on the other end was especially calm, "Yoselin, you didn't do anything wrong. It's mostly about those
people's thinking."
"I know, but | really don't want to keep the buzz going," Yoselin said hesitantly.
Irene sighed, "Alright, I'll pull the attention off right now."
"Thanks, Irene," Yoselin still looked troubled. She just couldn't figure out how to help Yasmine turn the tables.
Bored, Yoselin twirled a pen in Irene's office, itching to see Yasmine. "Irene, | want to..."
Before she could finish her sentence, Irene nodded in agreement, "Go ahead, I've got things covered here..
"You're the best, Irene," Yoselin said, heading straight to the gates of Aurelith University, where she still found
Urena kneeling with a look of despair on her face.
The media was still lurking around and quickly spotted her. Flashlights aimed at her as they exclaimed, "Isn't
that Yoselin from the Russell family?"
Other reporters hurriedly thrust microphones towards her, "Ms. Russell, can you confirm whether the statement
you posted online is true?"
"Ms. Russell, did your brother have you post this statement? We've heard you have a mental condition. Could
you share with us what it is? And since Yasmine is your psychologist, how far along is the treatment now?"
Yoselin didn't want to answer any of those questions. All she wanted now was to rush to the counseling office
and ask about Yasmine's condition. Feeling helpless, she stood encircled by people and looked towards Urena.
This woman seemed so lost, clutching the photo of her daughter, waiting here for justice. Even Yoselin felt a
twinge of compassion, but sadly, the dead couldn't cback to life.
The security guard at the entrance saw her and quickly helped Yoselin get inside.
In the counseling office, Yoselin noticed the dark circles under Yasmine's eyes, proof that she hadn't slept well
these past few days. "Yasmine, are you okay?" Yoselin asked cautiously, worried that her words might upset her.
Yasmine gave her

a gentle smile, "I'm fine. Why did you chere? Did those people at the door stop you?"
Yoselin had seen the clarification statement. Those reporters were waiting to catch anyone related to the Teresa
incident. As soon as Yoselin posted her statement, they were eager to get an interview with her.
Yoselin said with lingering fear, "Yeah, they blocked me. There were several reporters askingquestions | had
no clue about."
"If you don't understand them, just ignore them. Don't worry about those people. Aren't you afraid out you're
here?" Yasmine slid a dessert towards her.
Yoselin covered her mouth and giggled, "I'm hardly ever at hthese days, letleave."

Yoselin thought for a moment and said, "It was Irene. She toldI could post a clarification to help prove your
point. Only those who have been treated have the right to speak. Irene is really nice; she even said she'd help
boost the visibility." Yasmine replied coldly. "That's nice, but if it weren't for her, the visibility wouldn't have shot
up like that."
Yoselin noticed something was off in Yasmine's tone and cluelessly asked, "What's wrong, Yasmine?" "Yoselin,
don't cto school for a few days. There will be a lot of reporters at the gates," Yasmine warned.
