Current approach
Pages use semantic headings, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, descriptive alternative text, responsive type and layout, and reduced motion when requested by the device. Public discussion resources are available as accessible HTML and as tagged, selectable text PDF files with document language, headings, lists, alternative text, and described links.
