When a Short Edition is offered for direct purchase, one payment provides personal browser reading access and an EPUB download for the selected language, with a PDF when listed on the book page. There is no recurring payment or newsletter requirement. The total, including applicable tax, is displayed by Stripe before payment. A purchase licenses personal reading and does not grant permission to distribute or resell the file.
Reading access begins after successful payment. Contact goodnovels@mail.com for failed delivery, a duplicate charge, the wrong language or a file problem. Include the order reference and avoid sending payment card details. Refund requests are reviewed against the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. Statutory rights are not excluded. A refund may end future protected website access; an EPUB already downloaded cannot be recalled.
