A purchase link opens Amazon for your review. Email links open a draft for you to review and send. GoodNovels.org does not autonomously buy a book, send a message, book an appearance, or make a payment for you.
First Look email
First Look requires a checked consent statement and a clear submission. The request remains pending until you choose the confirmation action in the private email. The preference link provides direct controls for frequency, topics, unsubscribe, data access, and deletion. Unsubscribe and deletion choices take effect in the site database before any retry to the email provider.
Author conversations
The site currently provides a plain email link. It does not collect or store a booking request, and an email does not confirm an appearance.
Book Sample measurement
GoodNovels.org records controlled private events and daily aggregate counts for discovery, Book Sample use, reading milestones, verified edition actions, resource use, outreach support, sharing, and reader relationship requests. Public browsing events do not set an optional cookie or create a visitor profile. Country and language choice, Reading Room display preference, and completed milestone names are stored on your device as described in the privacy and cookie notices. Approved referral continuity uses session storage under goodnovels.analytics.attribution.v2 and is limited to accepted campaign, source, medium, content, and asset codes. These codes do not contain your name, email address, message, account, full page address, query string, raw referrer, or a generated visitor identifier. Protected server workflow quality assurance records are never enabled by a public page parameter. You can remove device values by clearing site data. If optional cookies or broader measurement tools are introduced, the notices and any required choice controls will be updated before collection begins.
Private reading and checkout
My Books uses an essential secure session cookie for purchased reading access. Checkout uses a separate short lived proof so a successful buyer can return to the correct order. Basket and interface language choices stay on the device. A purchase or access link does not subscribe you to First Look, and newsletter consent remains separate. Payment, when available, requires your explicit action in Stripe Checkout.
