Versioned JSON endpoints
Responses include a canonical URL, source, BCP 47 locale, market scope, last updated date, and data version. They contain published book metadata and verified local retail records and never substitute a United States link for another market.

The stateless MCP endpoint implements the 2026-07-28 protocol version for verified catalog, Book Sample, press, Book Club, rights contact, and site policy retrieval. The browse_catalog tool includes released direct editions grouped beneath each work. It has no purchase, email, posting, account, filesystem, or private analytics capability.

Direct public discovery only.
The A2A 1.0 interface supports direct read only messages for book discovery and public resources. Streaming, push notifications, task subscriptions, and private actions are not enabled.
POST /a2a/Crawler policy
Search discovery is welcome. Training access is a separate choice.
Public marketing and editorial pages, including the Book Sample, allow OAI-SearchBot. GPTBot is disallowed. The full manuscript and unpublished chapters are not available to crawl.
